With 21 years experience in heavy industrial projects, Richard expertise lies in dragline projects. Having commenced in the mining industry as an apprentice electrician, his knowledge base has benefited from commissioning and fault-finding of large DC and AC machine installations and is now considered a well rounded Project manager.
From the first AC Dragline in Australia, to smaller shovel overhauls, Richard has a wealth of experience in multi-million dollar projects. Richard has a direct approach to communication on projects, and is eager to continually improve his team’s performance, with continual scrutiny and encouragement. Richard is safety focused with the ability to build and guide high performing construction teams, while also communicating with management, vendors and internal departments to coordinate overall project success.
